1. This line is used recycling pet material ,such as pet bottle,pet sheet ,pet Non-woven fabrics and so on.
2. The line main machine include label remover remover machine,plastic crusher machine,hot washing tank(using electric or steam to heating water,steam is better),float washing tank,high speed friction wahser machine,plastic dewatering machine and so on.
3. The crusher machine blade use skd-11 blade,which is durable in using for a long time(SKD-11 is Japan standard).The label remover machine have suction label fan motor and scraping label motor which is high efficiency to remover label (the move blade have 68 pcs or 98pcs).the high speed friction washer machine and plastic dewatering machine spin 1500RPM to reomver dirty water.hot washing tank use caustic soda to remover oil,glue etc.
