Production description of Pipe extrusion line :
1. Pipe extrusion line contains extruder, mould, single screw extruder (for mark line), calibrating tank,
cooling tank, haul-off, cutter and stacker.
2. Pipe extrusion line is mainly used to machining and manufacturing for PE PP plastic pipe,
and auxiliary equipments production line can also use to process other plastic .
3. Special designed high efficiency screw and cylinder with unique structure.
4. Advanced PLC program control system is installed as option, which insures convenient operation and reliable performance.

PE/PPR/PP pipe production line process flow:
1.Vacuum loader → Hopper dryer→ Single screw extruder → PE pipe mould→ Vacuum calibration tank→Shower cooling tank → Hauling off machine → Chipless pipe cutting machine → Pipe stacker

Single screw extruder' screw structure also can re-designed accoring to customer's detail raw material and the purposes.

some small single screw extruder be equipped as colormark co-extruder ,or lab extruder; some big single screw extruder ,together with our auxiliary machine,will be equipped as whole production line to make pipe,to make profile, to make granule.
